Join the Adventure
The signup cutoff is the last day of each month.
So if you sign up on the 30th April, you will get the May mail. If you sign up on the 1st of May, you will get the June mail.
Frequently asked questions
What month's mail will I receive when I sign up?
The cutoff for signups is the last day of the month for the NEXT month's mail.
So if you sign up on the 30th of April, you will get the May mail (sent shortly after), but if you sign up on the 1st of May your first mail will be the JUNE mail.
How long will it take for my mail to arrive?
All letters are shipped standard untracked letter post. Estimated delivery times:
Australia - 1-2 weeks
International - 2-4 weeks
I aim to have each month's mail packed and shipped by the 25th of that month at the latest (often it's in the post earlier).
What ages is this designed for?
Bush Buddies suits a wide range of ages, and some adults even order for themselves! No one is too old for snail mail, stickers & pen-pal fun!
That being said, I suggest that ages 4+ will get the most out of it with some help from an adult to read the letter etc.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! There are no lock-ins. Just log in to your member portal, select your membership and cancel.
Please be advised that if your payment has already been processed for that month, there are no refunds, and we will send out that month to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Australian shipping is FREE!
International friends, there is a small $3.50 AUD shipping cost added to your subscription each month to cover the more expensive postage costs.
Will I need extra supplies to do the activities?
No special shopping trips required — we keep things simple.
Most activities use everyday items you’ll already have around the house, like pencils, paper, or things you can find in the backyard.
Can siblings share a subscription? Or should I buy one for each child?
One subscription can work for multiple siblings if they are happy to share!
Each pack only includes one of each item, so it's really up to you if you want them to have one each or share amongst themselves.
If you want your mail addressed to more than one sibling, simply pop all their names in the customisation box when you checkout.
